Man arrested after hit-and-run crash in downtown Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A man was arrested Monday night after a hit-and-run crash in downtown Lincoln, police say.
The crash happened just before 9 p.m. at Ninth and G streets.
Police said a vehicle — driven by 39-year-old Rudy Guerra — hit a Honda Accord while heading south on Ninth Street.
Guerra left the road and crashed into a utility pole, according to police.
He ran away, but officers later found Guerra and took him into custody.
A passenger in the Honda was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Guerra was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an injury accident and DUI.
