Bill Emerson is interim Chief Executive Officer of Rocket Companies. He is also Vice Chairman of Rock Holdings, Inc., a position he has held since February 2017, and since August 2020, he has served as Vice Chairman of Bedrock. In both roles, he is responsible for leadership, growth and development of culture. From 2002 to 2017, Bill was Chief Executive Officer of Rocket Mortgage, the Company's flagship business, a position he held for 15 years. Bill is a member of the Board of Directors of Xenith, Inc., a football helmet company dedicated to advancing safety through innovation and education; the United Way of Southeast Michigan; Detroit Economic Club; Detroit Sports Organizing Committee; Housing Policy Council; Mortgage Bankers Association; National Football Foundation; Rocket Giving Fund; The Parade Company; the Detroit Children's Fund and the Skillman Foundation. Bill earned a bachelor's degree in business from Penn State University.
Bill's extensive leadership roles in our key businesses for many years gives him a unique understanding of our business, culture and history through many economic cycles, which is particularly critical given recent executive transitions and the current macroeconomic challenges. His senior leadership experience also will provide our Board with valuable perspective in significant areas of oversight such as long-term strategy, budgeting, risk management, human capital management and succession planning.
Bob Walters is our President and Chief Operating Officer. Bob has held these positions since March 2020. In these positions, Bob oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, focusing on strategic planning and leveraging synergies among various operational teams at the Company. Most recently, Bob has served as CEO of Rocket Mortgage since January 2022, and is responsible for the vision, strategy and day-to-day operations of the Company. From 2017 until 2022, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rocket Mortgage, overseeing the Mortgage Servicing, Client Experience Operations, Capital Markets and Technology Teams. From August 2016 to February 2017, Bob served as Chief Economist and Executive Vice President of Rocket Mortgage overseeing the Capital Markets and Servicing operations. Bob has been instrumental in leading the teams that manage interest rate risk management, trading and product development. Bob joined Rock Financial in 1997 after holding positions at both the National Bank of Detroit and DMR Financial Services. Bob earned his master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and his undergraduate degree in finance from Oakland University.
Tina V. John is our General Counsel and Secretary. Tina has held these positions since October 2022. In these positions, Tina is responsible for the Company's legal and compliance functions with a focus on securities and corporate governance matters. Previously, Tina served as our Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since September 2020. Before joining Rocket, Tina served as Senior Legal Counsel and then as Director, Assistant Corporate Secretary of a publicly-traded Ohio-based American lifestyle retailer from 2014 to September 2020. Tina began her legal career in private practice in 2007, beginning at Shearman & Sterling LLP and then at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Tina earned her bachelor's degree from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
KimArie Yowell is Chief Diversity Officer of Rocket Companies and Chief Learning Officer of Rocket Central – the centralized hub for the Rocket Companies FinTech platform.
In these roles, she is responsible for team member development programs along with the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies for the businesses that are part of Rocket Companies. This includes the learning and development initiatives, post-secondary education programs, career development, diversity and inclusion programming and organizational effectiveness.
KimArie has more than 25 years of experience in client service, sales and corporate education. She has an intense passion for team member growth and helping organizations thrive. She also firmly believes that one's ability to create a dynamic and high performing team rests on their ability to be inclusive.

Most recently, she completed her Doctorate in Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
Brian Brown is our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Brian has held these positions since November 2022. In these positions, Brian is responsible for the accounting, finance, treasury, tax, investor relations and procurement functions, while also overseeing the internal audit work. Brian previously served as our Chief Accounting Officer since our initial public offering in August 2020. In his role as Chief Accounting Officer, Brian led our accounting, finance, treasury and procurement functions. He also serves as the Treasurer of Rocket Mortgage, LLC. Brian previously held a number of roles at Rocket Mortgage, LLC from 2014 to 2020, including Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining the Rocket Mortgage, LLC, Brian spent eight years as a senior manager at Ernst & Young serving financial services and mortgage banking clients. Brian earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Wayne State University.
Tim Birkmeier is the President of Rocket Mortgage. In this role, he is responsible for all teams and initiatives that create top-line revenue – with a focus on mortgage banking.
He also oversees Rocket Mortgage's Business Development and Business-to-Business sales teams. Tim's core focus in this role is creating and nurturing strategic partnerships with other companies that lead their respective industries and align culturally with Rocket Mortgage. These partnerships help more people unlock financial freedom and achieve the American dream of homeownership through Rocket Mortgage's innovative technology.
Tim joined Rock Financial – the company that would later become Rocket Mortgage – in 1996 and quickly became one of the company's top mortgage professionals. Since that time, he has held many leadership positions, helping grow the company from a regional, branch-based company to a national online mortgage lender, then becoming America's largest mortgage lender.
In addition to his work with Rocket Mortgage, Tim helps oversee the growth of Rock Connections and Rocket Mortgage Canada – two other businesses from the Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT) portfolio.
Tim earned a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University. He and his family reside in metro Detroit.
Bill Banfield is the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for Rocket Mortgage. In this role, he leads the Capital Markets activities as well as the Legal/Compliance functions encompassing credit policy for both origination and servicing.
In addition, Bill leads Revenue Operations which is responsible for sales capacity planning, workforce management, operations strategy and analytical support.
The combined group of more than 700 team members is focused on managing risks for the organization and driving changes that help the company grow effectively.
Bill joined Rocket Mortgage in 1999 after holding positions at both MCA Mortgage and Lambrecht Mortgage Company. He earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from Western Michigan University.

Heather Lovier is the Chief Client Experience Officer at Rocket Mortgage. Her team is focused on ensuring every Rocket Mortgage client has an amazing experience.
The Client Experience Team is comprised of five different groups who work together to enhance our interactions with our clients: the Client Relations Team, the Communication Team, the Mousetrap Team, the Client Development Team and the Servicing Client Experience Team. The team members in Client Relations are frontline every day, interacting with our clients throughout the loan process, helping them and listening to their feedback. The Communication Team focuses on helping our clients while their loan is in process, whether it's a purchase or refinance. Mousetrap is focused on improving our existing processes and coming up with new solutions based on client feedback. Our Client Development Team is focused on continuously engaging clients in a meaningful way after closing their loan, so they return to Rocket Mortgage for their next loan and tell others to do the same. The Servicing Client Experience Team works to continuously improve the process and communication with our Serviced clients.
Heather began her career at Rocket Mortgage in April 2003 as a loan analyst working in Operations. Shortly thereafter, she joined the Mousetrap team to work on visibility and prioritization for the company, mainly focusing on Operations. Heather established, and began leading, the Business Development team as Vice President in 2008. Her team was responsible for building and strengthening the relationships the company holds with business partners, which ultimately serve to leverage the mortgage platform and maximize the needs of clients. Heather grew the Business Development team until she started leading the Client Experience Team in late 2014.
Before joining Rocket Mortgage, Heather worked for an automotive supplier for eight years where she managed a customer service team.
She lives in metro Detroit with her husband and daughters. Heather enjoys spending quality time together as a family and being a busy mom of two teenagers! Heather is also very passionate about community involvement and is on the Board of Directors at Gleaners Community Food Bank in addition to being a Wish Coordinator with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
LaQuanda Sain is the Executive Vice President of Servicing at Rocket Mortgage, the nation's largest mortgage lender. In this role, LaQuanda leads the company's mortgage servicing business with a team of dedicated professionals located in Detroit and Phoenix. Rocket Mortgage currently has more than 2.5 million servicing clients, offering them industry-leading technology and award-winning client service.
Rocket Mortgage was ranked highest in the nation for client satisfaction among mortgage servicers by J.D. Power for eight consecutive years, 2014 through 2021.
LaQuanda joined Rocket Mortgage in 2013 as an Investor Reporting Analyst with 11 years of industry experience. She has held several leadership roles with the company including her most recent, Executive Vice President of Retention. In this role, LaQuanda led teams focused on proactively communicating with existing clients to ensure that they are in the best mortgage option available for their unique situation.
LaQuanda has bachelor's degrees from Wayne State and Davenport University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State.
Brian Woodring is the Chief Information Officer of Rocket Mortgage. In this role, he leads the company's award-winning Technology team, and is responsible for strategy and the delivery for our digital products, technology platforms and data intelligence. Brian is focused on delivering digital experiences that drive innovation in the consumer lending industry and building the most scalable lending platform in the world.
He joined Rocket Mortgage in 2017 as the company's Chief Technology Officer, leading the Product Engineering team. Brian and his team redesigned Rocket Mortgage's engineering practices, advanced the company's leadership in digital lending and implemented platforms that reimagined the way that Rocket Mortgage team members communicate with their clients.
Brian has more than 20 years of experience working as an engineer and technology leader, most prominently at Black Knight, Inc. where he oversaw Servicing and Default Technology, and led the development of solutions such as VALERI, LoanSphere and Fusion.
He resides in the Detroit area with his wife and four children.
Austin Niemiec is the Chief Revenue Officer of Rocket Mortgage. In this role, he has an overall vision of, and leads the strategy for, the company's home lending.
Previously, Austin led Rocket Pro TPO – the division of Rocket Mortgage that works exclusively with mortgage brokers, correspondent lenders, community banks and credit unions. Under his leadership, Rocket Pro TPO grew to be the largest lender serving these groups.
Austin joined Rocket in 2009 as a mortgage banker, where he grew to understand the varied needs of homeowners through his work with thousands of clients.
He earned a bachelor's degree in Business, Management and Marketing from Hillside College, where he was also a member of the football team. Austin resides in the Detroit area.
Aaron Emerson is Chief Communications Officer for Rocket Central, serving Rocket Companies and its brands.
In this role, he oversees all public relations and internal communications for a variety of technology, personal finance and consumer service companies, including Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Homes, Rocket Loans, Rocket Auto, Rock Connections, Rocket Money, Amrock, Lendesk and Rocket Mortgage Canada. Aaron also oversees public relations and communications for the companies related through ROCK – the Gilbert Family Office.
Aaron joined Quicken Loans in 2006 as a public relations manager and has since held numerous leadership positions on the communications team. During his tenure, Aaron has played a key role in the company's growth from the nation's 18th largest lender when he joined the team, to the nation's largest mortgage lender.
Aaron has led the communications for several major events for Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Companies, including the company's move to downtown Detroit; the Quicken Loans Billion Dollar Bracket, which was held in conjunction with Warren Buffett; the national launch of Rocket Mortgage – the first fully digital mortgage experience – and Rocket Companies’ IPO in 2020.
Prior to supporting Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Companies, Aaron served as Senior Associate with Burson-Marsteller, a global public relations firm, where he represented Sony Electronics, IKEA, Lincoln-Mercury, State Farm Insurance and other large consumer brands.
Aaron earned a bachelor's degree in public relations from Eastern Michigan University and resides in the Detroit area with his wife and two children.
Casey Hurbis is the Chief Marketing Officer at Rocket Central, serving all businesses within the Rocket Companies portfolio. He oversees all marketing initiatives while driving new, innovative strategies to captivate the audience of the nation's largest and most trusted mortgage lender. To achieve these goals, Casey leads Detroit's premier in-house marketing agency.
Under Casey's leadership, Rocket Mortgage has earned two consecutive #1 rankings atop the highly coveted USA Today Ad Meter, the leading ranking platform for Super Bowl commercials. In 2022 the company achieved the honor for an advertisement featuring Barbie and actress Anna Kendrick promoting the benefit of finding and financing a home through Rocket Homes and Rocket Mortgage. In 2021, the company took home both the #1 and #2 spots on Ad Meter for two humorous ads featuring Tracy Morgan.
Casey's team led the creation and promotion of the Rocket Mortgage Classic – the first PGA TOUR event held in the city of Detroit. In 2019, the inaugural tournament was the most-awarded event on the TOUR, winning three "Best Of" awards, including the "Fair Way Award" for its diversity and inclusion initiatives. In 2020, the tournament shifted its focus and dedicated the bulk of its fundraising to bridging the digital divide in Detroit – the least connected major city in America.
Along with Rocket Mortgage, Casey oversees the marketing efforts for other successful businesses in Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT), including Rocket Pro TPO, Rocket Homes and Rocket Auto – helping to elevate these brands in their respective industries. His leadership helped Rocket Mortgage earn its place in Ad Age's Best Places to Work in 2021 list.
Casey joined the company in 2017 after 24 years in automotive marketing – most recently leading advertising and communications for FIAT, where he helped successfully reintroduce the FIAT brand to American car buyers.
Equally important to his brand-building efforts is Casey's work with local and national nonprofits. Three that are particularly close to his heart are the Special Olympics, the Salvation Army and Bethany Christian Adoption Services. In addition to his community efforts, Casey serves on the Board of Directors for Adcraft Detroit and the Detroit Sports Commission.
Casey is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he can be found cheering on his Spartans every fall.
Jim Livingston is the Chief People Officer at Rocket Central, a professional services company which serves Rocket Companies as well as various Rock Family of Companies. In this role, Jim leads "The Pulse," or what other companies call Human Relations. This includes Talent Acquisition, Compensation, People Operations, Talent Strategy & Solutions, People Experience & Support, and People Systems & Platforms teams. Before taking this role, Jim served as Quicken Loans’ Vice President of Talent Acquisition, leading a team that was responsible for the full cycle of recruiting and hiring of team members for over 50 organizations.
Jim has been with the Rock Family of Companies since 2002, where he started as a Mortgage Banker and later went on to leading a Mortgage Banking sales region as a Regional Vice President.
His favorite two ISMs personally and professionally are ‘Simplicity is Genius’ and ‘Do the Right Thing’. Jim received his bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Hillsdale College. He lives in Metro Detroit with his wife and three children.
Mike Malloy is the Chief Amazement Officer of Rocket Central. a professional services company which serves Rocket Companies as well as various Rock Family of Companies. In this role, Mike leads The Pulse (what other companies call human resources), Team Member Learning and Development, Team Member Workspace and Environment, Government Affairs, Event Management, and Audio-Visual. He also led Rocket Companies’ Covid-19 response.
Prior to leading these teams, Mike led Rocket Mortgage's eight-time J.D. Power award-winning Mortgage Servicing Team. The team assists the more than 1.8 million clients who make their monthly mortgage payments to Rocket Mortgage. The Servicing Team is relentlessly focused on driving an amazing experience though industry-leading client service and technology.
Prior to joining Rocket Mortgage in 2015, Mike held various positions at Bank of America, including Mortgage Policy and Counterparty Relations Executive and General Counsel for Bank of America Home Loans. At the onset of his career, Mike was a partner in the law firm Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein, where he specialized in commercial litigation.
Mike has served as the Chairman of the Residential Board of Governors of The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), was a member of the MBA Board of Directors, and was Vice Chairman of The Financial Services Roundtable's Housing Policy Council. He is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar and was recognized as a member of North Carolina's "Legal Elite."
Mike received his bachelor's degree from Davidson College, and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Washington & Lee School of Law.
Mike Fawaz is the Executive Vice President of Rocket Pro TPO. He oversees a team based out of Detroit and Charlotte who provide the highest level of service to thousands of partner brokers, correspondent lenders, regional banks and credit unions across the country. Rocket Pro TPO partners provide incredible service to their clients, while tapping into the expertise, technology and award-winning process from Rocket Mortgage.
Before his current position, Fawaz served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Rocket Pro TPO. In that role, he led all the Account Executives working with Rocket's broker partners. Fawaz also formed personal relationships with thousands of Rocket's mortgage broker partners, meeting with them to ensure their needs are met. Fawaz joined Rocket in 2011 as a mortgage banker, where he grew to understand the housing market through his work with many homeowners and buyers.
Fawaz started his college education in Liberia and completed his bachelor's degree after immigrating to the United States. He and his family reside in the Detroit area.
Victor You is the President and CEO of Rocket Auto, a digital automotive retail platform and part of Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT). He is responsible for and overseas the vision, culture, and strategic growth of the company. Rocket Auto aims to create certainty for clients to buy, sell and finance vehicles with confidence as a product offering within the Rocket platform.
Prior to this position, Victor was the President and CEO of Rock Connections – a sales and support provider specializing in contact center services. Complimenting a wide range of national brands, its focus include the optimization, efficiency and effectiveness of sales and client service. Specializing in lead generation and in reporting and analytics, Rock Connections leverages technology and data to target and effectively connect with clients, improving conversion and client satisfaction, along with resulting in greater return on marketing investments.
After concluding his undergraduate education in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Victor began his career at Rocket Mortgage. He held multiple leadership roles inside of mortgage banking during his tenure, before leading Rock Connections at the company's founding, With more than 20 years of experience at Rocket, Victor continues to build and pave the way for team member growth, diversity and inclusion and the continued enhancement of client products within the Rocket Platform.
Doug Seabolt is the Chief Executive Officer of Rocket Homes – a FinTech real estate company focused on simplifying the home buying and selling experience for consumers through the use of innovative technology, an online home search portal and its network of thousands of real estate agents. Doug is also CEO of ForSaleByOwner.com, the nation's oldest and largest platform dedicated to serving the needs of homeowners who choose to sell their home without an agent. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, growth and day-to-day operations of both companies.
Having spent his entire career in the mortgage and housing industries, Doug has developed a deep knowledge of the real estate process and how it can be improved to help home buyers and sellers. Prior to joining Rocket Companies, Doug was the CEO of his own privately held mortgage bank for 15 years before he successfully sold the business to one of the top 10 largest, publicly traded mortgage originators in the country. He joined Rocket Companies in 2008, then became the President and CEO of Rocket Homes in 2011.
Doug spent several years on the Board for the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, becoming its President in 2000, while simultaneously serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. More recently, real estate news outlet RIS Media named Doug one of its "Real Estate Newsmakers" in both 2019 and 2020, and was included in the debut class of Inman's Power Players in 2023
Doug earned his bachelor's degree from Ohio State University. Today, he and his family reside in the metro Detroit area.
Christian Wallace is the Executive Vice President of Rocket Homes. In this role, she is responsible for all teams and initiatives that introduce Rocket Homes’ clients to one of its partner real estate agents to buy or sell a home. This includes Sales, Operations and the company's in-house real estate agent teams.
She also leads Rocket Homes’ Network Relationship Team. Christian's core focus in this role is creating and nurturing partnerships with other Real Estate companies. These partnerships help provide exceptional experiences for our clients while they are on their home buying or selling journey.
Christian joined Rocket Homes in 2022 in a strategic planning role before becoming the EVP of the Network teams. Prior to joining Rocket Homes, Christian has spent many years as an active Realtor and has completed more than 2,000 real estate transactions. She has worked in Executive leadership roles in the mortgage or home ownership industry for nearly 10 years.
In addition to her work with Rocket Homes, Christian is involved in her community and has been an active member and board member of the Junior League for more than 25 years.
Christian earned a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology University. Christian, her husband and three boys reside in both metro Detroit and in Dallas.
Todd Lunsford is the President of Rocket Loans, a national marketplace lending company specializing in online personal loans. Todd is responsible for the vision, strategy, growth and daily operations of the organization.
Todd has been with Rocket Companies since 1997 and during his tenure, has served as Chief Information Officer, Director of HR and Chief Marketing Officer for Quicken Loans, now known as Rocket Mortgage. He has also held various roles at Rocket Loans’ sister companies including Operating Partner for Detroit-based private equity firm, Rockbridge Growth Equity, and President of the leading vinyl wall graphics manufacturer, Fathead.
In his current position, Todd helps differentiate Rocket Loans in the busy, online FinTech industry by leveraging automation in traditional lending processes to create an infinitely scalable business model with a relentless pursuit of providing outstanding client experiences.
Haroon Mokhtarzada is the CEO and co-founder of Rocket Money (formerly known as Truebill) – a leading personal finance app with over 3.4 million members.
Prior to Rocket Money, Haroon was the founder and CEO of Webs.com, a popular website creation platform that grew to 50 million users before being acquired by Vistaprint where Haroon led digital product strategy.
Haroon has a passion for technology startups, innovation, global change, and elegant problem solving. He has personally invested in over 100 technology startups including early-stage investments in Instacart, Carta, Relativity Space, PlutoTV, and more.
Haroon is a 2021 Henry Crown Fellow and has participated on several boards including the American Express Open Digital Advisory Board and the United Nations Global Entrepreneurs Council.
Haroon is a Harvard Law grad and resides in Silver Spring, Maryland. In his spare time, Haroon enjoys spending time with his family and improvising on his piano.
Yahya Mokhtarzada is the Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder of Rocket Money (formerly known as Truebill) – a leading personal finance app with over 3.4 million members.
Before co-founding Rocket Money, Yahya served as Vice President of Business Development at Nanigans where he helped grow the company from less than $1 million to over $20 million in run rate.
Yahya, whom you may recognize from Rocket Money's television commercials, is a passionate startup and growth advisor who enjoys helping early-stage startups determine go-to market strategy, find product/market fit, and scale businesses for success.

Hash Aboulhosn is President and Co-Founder of Rocket Mortgage in Canada. In this role, he oversees the strategy and vision for Canada's premiere fintech mortgage broker.
Hash began his career in investment banking with RBC Capital Markets. From there, he moved into venture capital where he was first exposed to technology and startups. Upon entering the mortgage industry in 2014, he co-founded and led a private mortgage lender called Neighbourhood Holdings which spun out of Conconi Growth Partners, a family investment office, after which he took on the role of CFO at Lendesk Technologies.
In 2019, Hash combined his experience in technology, startups and mortgage to co-found Rocket Mortgage in Canada, previously known as Edison Financial. Since then, he has passionately pursued innovation to create an unmatched digital mortgage experience for Canadian homebuyers – revolutionizing the industry and simplifying a historically complex transaction.
Hash earned his degree from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, Hash can be found skiing, hiking, cycling or running.
Nicole Beattie is Chief Executive Officer of Amrock. In this role she oversees the company's daily title, appraisal and settlement operations.
A lifelong Michigander, Nicole has been with Rocket Companies since 2004. She began her career in mortgage banking at Rocket Mortgage (Quicken Loans at the time), before transitioning to origination operations leadership. Since then, she has held numerous roles, expertly leading teams in underwriting, closing and servicing.
In her most recent role as Executive Vice President of Servicing, Nicole led the team responsible for delivering homeowners the best possible experience through innovative technology and access to knowledgeable, caring team members. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and three rescue dogs.
Carter Zimmerman is President of Lendesk Technologies ULC. He oversees the day-to-day at Lendesk with a focus on strategic planning and leadership development. Previously, Carter founded Finmo Financial Technologies to digitize the Canadian mortgage experience and remained on the team after it was acquired by Lendesk to complete the vision.
Carter earned his bachelor's degree in Rhetoric (the art of persuasion) from Georgia College and State University.
Carter resides in Denver Colorado with his wife and dog. When Carter isn't working, he enjoys concerts at Red Rocks with friends, playing golf, and snowboarding.
